I read a comment to my posting on Youngies ...getting Pal and Deans from Kelechi Agi in New York, and felt it worthy to comment too...or add more.
Currently plans are completed for thew next phase of the Youngis/ Ministry of Education , Owerri programs. Thisa time we are embarking on the training of the Project Implementation Unit PIU members,..this will be followed by the training of Teachers in Secondary schools on zonal level. Dr. Gloria Chukwukere, state Education commissioner has given approval to this while fundimg comes from the World Bank
